Uzumaki is the clan name of Naruto's mother, Kushina Uzumaki, and it holds significant importance in the Naruto series. The Uzumaki clan is known for their strong life force and sealing techniques, which are traits that Naruto inherited from his mother. On the other hand, Namikaze is the surname of Naruto's father, Minato Namikaze, but it is not as prominent in the series. Therefore, using the Uzumaki name instead of Namikaze emphasizes Naruto's connection to his mother and her clan, as well as the unique abilities he inherited from them. **

Naruto should technically be named Naruto Namikaze, as his father's name is Minato Namikaze. However, in the series, Naruto is given the last name Uzumaki, which is the clan he is descended from. This is likely done to honor his mother, Kushina Uzumaki, and to emphasize his connection to the Uzumaki clan. So while it would make sense for Naruto to be named Naruto Namikaze, the decision to give him the last name Uzumaki is a deliberate choice by the creators of the series. **

While Naruto's father was Minato Namikaze, his mother was Kushina Uzumaki. In the Naruto series, characters typically take their father's last name, so Naruto goes by Uzumaki rather than Namikaze. Additionally, Naruto's journey to be recognized and accepted by others is a central theme in the series, and his identity as an Uzumaki reflects his connection to his mother and the Uzumaki clan. Ultimately, the decision to go by Uzumaki rather than Namikaze is a significant aspect of Naruto's character development and story arc. **

The Namikaze Clan, also known as the Uzumaki Clan, was a prominent and powerful clan in the Naruto series. The clan was known for their strong chakra and sealing techniques. However, due to their close ties with the Uzumaki Clan, they were targeted and attacked by other clans seeking to obtain their unique abilities. As a result, the Namikaze Clan was largely wiped out, with only a few surviving members, such as Minato Namikaze, who went on to become the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. **

Minato Namikaze appears in the anime "Naruto." He is the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village and the father of the main protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki. Minato is known for his incredible speed and mastery of the Flying Thunder God Technique, making him one of the most powerful shinobi in the series. His legacy and impact on the story are significant, as he plays a key role in shaping Naruto's journey as a ninja. **

His name is Naruto Uzumaki. While there is a fan theory that suggests his real name is Naruto Namikaze, it has not been confirmed in the official Naruto series. Throughout the series, he is consistently referred to as Naruto Uzumaki, and his parents are Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki. Therefore, Naruto Uzumaki is his official and widely recognized name. **

He goes by Naruto Uzumaki. While his father's name is Minato Namikaze, Naruto primarily uses his mother's last name, Uzumaki. This is because he was raised by his mother's family in the Hidden Leaf Village, and he is known as Naruto Uzumaki throughout the series. **

Naruto's last name is Uzumaki because he was born into the Uzumaki clan, known for their strong chakra and sealing techniques. His mother, Kushina Uzumaki, was a member of this clan. His father, Minato Namikaze, was the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village and chose to give Naruto his mother's last name to protect his identity and keep him safe from those who might seek to harm him because of his lineage. Additionally, using his mother's last name also helped to keep Naruto's connection to the powerful Uzumaki clan a secret. **
